A New Voice in Our Community

As Independence Day approaches, I am reminded of the many sacrifices that individuals have made on behalf of my freedom. I am appreciative of their service and hope that we never lose sight of the privileges we have as citizens of the United States. Today I honor these men and women that are serving in the armed force and express my appreciation to those families who have lost a loved one for my freedom. It is my hope that God continues to bless our wonderful country.

As we relax with friends and familiy this Memorial Day weekend, I encourage you to take time to remember our men and women in the military.  My grandfather served in World War II and I am so thankful for the bravery and selflessness of all of those who serve.
